En&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.virginmobile.cl\/\">Naci\u00f3n Virgin<\/a>&nbsp;recopilamos informaci\u00f3n relevante acerca de la \u201cvitamina del Sol\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es y para qu\u00e9 sirve la vitamina D?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una vitamina liposoluble imprescindible para la absorci\u00f3n del calcio a&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cuidateplus.marca.com\/alimentacion\/diccionario\/vitamina-d.html\">nivel intestinal<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ser producida por el cuerpo de forma natural (dependiendo de la estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, el momento del d\u00eda, la pigmentaci\u00f3n de la piel, entre otros factores), es tambi\u00e9n posible obtenerla a trav\u00e9s de alimentos como el pescado graso, champi\u00f1ones, cereales, leche, huevo, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este nutriente interviene en procesos del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, la regulaci\u00f3n del f\u00f3sforo y calcio en la sangre y la mineralizaci\u00f3n \u00f3sea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, no es lo \u00fanico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha demostrado en diversas investigaciones que podr\u00eda ayudar a prevenir ciertos tipos de c\u00e1ncer, tratar trastornos hereditarios como la hipofosfatemia, influir en la salud cognitiva, reducir el riesgo de sufrir esclerosis m\u00faltiple, tratar la osteomalacia, osteoporosis y psoriasis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 m\u00e1s que claro: \u00a1no debes dejar de consumir vitamina D!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs posible obtener vitamina D a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n diaria?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo es posible, sino completamente necesario. A pesar de que no se encuentra en muchas comidas, existen algunas recetas que te ayudar\u00e1n a consumirla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vitonica.com\/recetas-saludables\/pollo-cremoso-con-yogur-al-curry-receta-saludable\">Pollo cremoso con yogurt al curry<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pechuga de pollo cocida.\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00bd aguacate.\u00a0<\/li><li>Medio aj\u00ed.<\/li><li>\u00bd cebolla.\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00bd rama de apio picado.\u00a0<\/li><li>200 ml de yogur natural.\u00a0<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de mostaza.\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00bd de salsa inglesa (Worcestershire).\u00a0<\/li><li>Especias para curry (c\u00farcuma, comino, piment\u00f3n, perejil, etc.).<\/li><li>Jugo de \u00bd lim\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00bc de cucharadita de ajo picado, pimienta, aceite de oliva.\u00a0<\/li><li>Sal al gusto.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Desmembrar el pollo cocido y colocarlo en una fuente amplia donde agregar\u00e1s todos los ingredientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla muy bien y obtendr\u00e1s una combinaci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea que podr\u00e1s servir sobre hojas verdes (espinacas, lechuga) o untar sobre tostadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.directoalpaladar.com\/recetas-de-pasta\/tagliatelle-salsa-setas-tomate-seco-almendras-receta-facil-pasta\">Tagliatelle con hongos, tomate seco y almendras (vegana)<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 gramos de pasta tagliatelle.\u00a0<\/li><li>40 gramos de hongos (champi\u00f1ones, portobello o variados).\u00a0<\/li><li>40 gramos de jengibre fresco.\u00a0<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo.\u00a0<\/li><li>40 gramos de tomate seco.\u00a0<\/li><li>100 ml de caldo de vegetales.\u00a0<\/li><li>20 gramos de almendras laminadas y tostadas.\u00a0<\/li><li>Albahaca, queso parmesano, sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva al gusto.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla con abundante agua salada cocinar la pasta. Mientras tanto en un sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva dorar el ajo y el jengibre, a\u00f1adir los tomates secos y las setas cortadas en trozos y seguidamente el caldo de vegetales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colar la pasta cuando est\u00e9 al dente reservando \u00bd taza del agua de la cocci\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir ambos al sart\u00e9n. Agrega pimienta, sal, un poco m\u00e1s de aceite de oliva y el queso parmesano.
