Revisa todo lo que debes saber para estos casos."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De seguro m\u00e1s de alguna vez te has visto afectado por problemas en las antenas de tu compa\u00f1\u00eda de turno, qued\u00e1ndote sin servicio y con mucha frustraci\u00f3n. En <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.virginmobile.cl\/\">Naci\u00f3n Virgin<\/a> queremos ayudarte un poco respecto a este tema, para que sepas cu\u00e1ndo debes pedir una compensaci\u00f3n y en qu\u00e9 plazo debes recibirla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayer martes 4 de febrero, nos encontramos en una situaci\u00f3n compleja. A causa de incendios forestales en la comuna de Chimbarongo, se ocasion\u00f3 un corte en la fibra \u00f3ptica de las antenas entre Curic\u00f3 y Puerto Montt, dando como resultado una ca\u00edda en el servicio de diversas compa\u00f1\u00edas como Movistar, VTR, WOM y, entre ellas, Virgin Mobile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Onemi, se debieron reemplazar 100 metros de fibra \u00f3ptica para superar la situaci\u00f3n, logrando una reposici\u00f3n del servicio a eso de las 23:00 horas. Fueron casi 5 horas en las que cientos de Virginianos quedaron incomunicados por este hecho fortuito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora, sabemos todos los inconvenientes que pueden generar este tipo de situaciones. Muchos trabajan desde sus celulares o, tal vez, justo en ese momento necesitaban hacer una llamada urgente. Usualmente en estos casos, los clientes suelen exigir inmediatamente una compensaci\u00f3n o tipo de reembolso y descuentos, aunque estas soluciones no siempre aplican para todos lo casos. Entonces, \u00bfsabes cu\u00e1ndo tienes derecho a un descuento? \u00bfSabes en qu\u00e9 plazo deber\u00edas recibir este descuento? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n te dejamos la normativa de la Subtel que rige por igual a todas las compa\u00f1\u00edas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo tengo derecho a un descuento por indisponibilidad de servicio?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El descuento corresponde a todos los usuarios que hayan presentado suspensi\u00f3n, interrupci\u00f3n o alteraci\u00f3n del servicio por causas no imputables al usuario que exceda de 6 horas en un d\u00eda o de 12 horas continuas o discontinuas en un mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el caso de esta suspensi\u00f3n, excede las 48 horas continuas o discontinuas en un mismo mes, y no obedezca a una fuerza mayor o un hecho fortuito, el proveedor deber\u00e1 adem\u00e1s indemnizar al usuario con el equivalente al triple del valor de la tarifa diaria por cada d\u00eda de suspensi\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ahora, \u00bfcu\u00e1ndo se debe hacer efectivo el descuento o indemnizaci\u00f3n? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eres cliente pospago, los descuentos e indemnizaciones deber\u00e1n\nincluirse en el documento de cobro del mes pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso que seas cliente prepago (que es el caso de Virgin Mobile),\nlos descuentos e indemnizaciones deber\u00e1n hacerse efectivos en un plazo m\u00e1ximo\nde 72 horas una vez finalizada la suspensi\u00f3n y definida su procedencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes m\u00e1s dudas respecto a este tema, puedes ingresar al sitio web de la <a href=\"https:\/\/tramites.subtel.gob.cl\/atencionciudadana\/articuloConsulta?id=120)\">Subtel<\/a> o llamar directamente a sus oficinas al 800 1313 13. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De seguro m\u00e1s de alguna vez te has visto afectado por problemas en las antenas de tu compa\u00f1\u00eda de turno, qued\u00e1ndote sin servicio y con mucha frustraci\u00f3n.
